Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Contact Customers: Reach out to customers via phone, email, or mail to collect overdue payments.
    • Negotiate Payment Plans: Work with customers to establish repayment plans that are feasible and beneficial for both parties.
    • Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of all collection activities, including customer communications and payment plans.
    • Resolve Disputes: Address and resolve customer queries and disputes regarding their debts.
    • Follow Up: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in accordance with agreed-upon plans.
    • Report to Management: Provide regular updates to the Collections Manager on the status of outstanding debts and progress made.
    • Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
    Requirements:
    • Must have experience of 6 to 8 years in Banking collection & Agency Management
    • Must have experience in recovery for loans or credit card outstanding.
    • Shall be responsible for building a team & business generation through them
    • Will have to handle the entire Vijayawada Geography initially
    • Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and logging in the Overdue Collections
    • Must have exposure to team handling role
    • Taking care of team productivity and business
    Required Experience
    • Experience in Loan recovery and credit recovery.
    • Should have handled a team of Area / Cluster Managers under him/her
    Required Skills:
    • Good Communication.

    • Positive Approach.
    • Confident.
    • Good Administrative Skill
