Job Description

    Designation : Manager - Office of Director - Branding, PR & DigitalRole Summary: The responsibility of the incumbent is someone who takes control of the Directors office and its daily activities of running the University.Responsibilities: Regularly updating the Director on daily activities in the office. Exercises initiative and independent judgment in the daily activities of the office, and manages the staff in the office of the Director. Provides confidential administrative support to the Director, including but not limited to preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, emails, calls, visitors, and oversees and monitors confidential projects assigned to the administration of the Director. Manage the calendar and travel management and regular communication. Manage ongoing projects and initiatives, coordinating and tracking them as required by the Heads of all the verticals of Office of Branding, PR & Digital and ensuring their completion as well as. successful implementation thereby handing it over to the relevant people/functions/activities to take it further. Provide ongoing analyses of institutional planning efforts and conduct or oversee special initiatives and projects as needed to ensure that the Director initiatives and the university priorities are being administered at the highest level with timely and accurate completion. Coordinate regular university affairs including planning. Support and supervise other junior staff in the office. Key point person coordinating and promoting university bookstore and other ongoing projects. Taking down minutes of the meeting including processing and circulating the minutes to all stakeholders. Preparing reports and documents as necessary. Responding to emails and attending to external and internal queries in a timely manner.Key Skills: Excellent Project Management skills. Discreet and able to manage a contemporary technology-driven office. Have an eye for detail, multi-tasker with great follow-up skills. Highly organized and proactive, able to think independently and act efficiently. Meets deadlines most of the time without any reminders. Extremely polished and professional written & verbal communication skills. Ability to take charge of activities in collaboration with various stakeholders and execute tasks effectively. Facility with software and building databases and scalable administration systems. Possess strong interpersonal and human skills. Possess strong analytical, and coordination skills. Ability to learn within a new and dynamic organization.
