Job Description

    Seeking a PROACTIVE and experienced Project Head (CIVIL) with excellent skills for planning, forecasting and trouble shooting to lead and manage luxury high-rise residential buildings projects from initiation to completion.The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies.Job Duties:
    • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. - Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, key metrics, etc.
    Skills & Experience Required:
    • Masters / Bachelors degree in a Civil.
    • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Head handling 4 to 5 luxury high rise residential building projects at a time.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
