As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the food preparation and culinary operations at our hotel. You will be responsible for menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, and managing inventory and kitchen expenses. You will collaborate with the food and beverage team to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Strong leadership and management skills Ability to create and execute diverse menus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality food Knowledge of food safety and. sanitation regulations Culinary degree or certification is a plus Knowledge of local and international cuisinesIf you are passionate about food, have a creative flair, and enjoy leading a culinary team, this role is perfect for you,
