Our range of products includes Engine Valves, Valve Guides, Valve Seats, Cotters/Collets, Push Rods and Tappets for various applications. Each of these products is manufactured specifically to suit our customers unique application and functional requirements. With wide range of products, we have established a niche for ourselves in the industry covering OEMs in Indian Automobile Industry and Tier 1 suppliers whom we export our products.Purpose :To Head overall Activities of Plant Which includes 1. Production of Goods, 2. Maintenance of Plant, 3. Quality Department, 4. Packing Department, 5. StoresJob description:Min. 12- 15 years of proven work experience as a plant manager in Manufacturing industry preferably Automotive parts manufacturing company. Skill Required: Excellent managerial experience with strong team building, decision making and people management skills. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources). Computer literacy knowledge of SAP is preferred. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years in a managerial role, preferably within the automotive industry or similar manufacturing sectors.
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field. A Masters degree or professional certification is a plus.
