    Leading Casting Manufacturing Company Require@ Rajkot (Gujarat) IndiaWork Location : Rajkot, (Gujarat)1) Export Sales ManagerCTC : 30 LPAEducation : BE/B.Tech Mechanical/MBAExperience : 10 yrs of experience as Export/International Sales Manager with cast iron and ductile iron products.Responsibilities1. Market Research and Analysis:o Conduct market research to identify potential international markets for cast iron and ductile iron products.o Analyse market trends, competition, and customer preferences in different regions.o Identify new business opportunities and market segments.2. Strategic Planning:o Develop and implement export marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.o Create a comprehensive export plan including market entry strategies, and pricing.3. Sales and Business Development:o Identify and engage with potential international clients and partners.o Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with international clients.4. Marketing and Promotion:o Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.5. *Logistics and Supply Chain Management: o Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.o Manage shipping and transportation arrangements, including documentation and insurance.o Resolve any issues related to logistics, transportation, and customs clearance.6. Financial Management:o Handle pricing strategies, payment terms, and financial transactions with international clients.7. Customer Service:o Provide excellent customer service to international clients.o Address and resolve any issues or complaints from international customers related to casting problems. o Ensure after-sales support and follow-up.Knowledge and Skills1. Industry Knowledge:o In-depth understanding of cast iron and ductile iron casting manufacturing processes and products.o Knowledge of the applications and benefits of cast iron and ductile iron products.2. International Trade and Marketing:o Familiarity with international trade laws, export regulations, and customs procedures.o Knowledge of international marketing strategies, market entry modes, and Inquiry generation channels.3. Sales and Negotiation:o Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly in an international context.o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultures.4. Language Skills:o Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills relevant to target markets are advantageous.5. Communication and Presentation:o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.o Ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.6. Financial Acumen:o Understanding of pricing strategies, financial transactions, and currency exchange.o Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of export operations.7. Logistics and Supply Chain:o Knowledge of international logistics, shipping, and supply chain management.o *Ability to coordinate and manage complex logistics operations.8.
