Job Description

    -
    • Manage an existing portfolio of Corporate Salary customers.
    • Cross-sell a range of products including Liability and Investment Products, Insurance, and various Asset products (HL/PL/CL/Credit Card/Gold Loan/Two Wheeler/Car Loan) to individual customers within the Corporate Salary segment.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related needs of both customers and corporate clients.
    • Increase Relationship Value, Group Product Holding, and Group Service Holding within the customer base.
    • Conduct quarterly follow-ups with customers in the mapped book.
    • Update client interactions in the CRM system like CRM Next.
