Listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, Amdocs had revenue of $4.89 billion in fiscal 2023.In one sentenceA lead SPOC that is responsible for helping customers attain measurable value from using their ConnectX product and services , thereby helping the customer adopt the solution with ease, optimizing their SaaS experience and guiding them to internal. support teams if need be.What will your job look like Develop understanding of ConnectX solution as a Subject Matter Expert and lead with value-led conversations with customers by acting as Primary & Constant Interface to Amdocs for complete SaaS lifecycle. You would wear different hats based on situations and would act as a consultant, advisor, researcher, educator, problem solver, planner, learner, communicator, influencer to name a few Identify customer needs and challenges and translate them into business opportunities. Represent the customer in the solution design and be responsible for Program Management, requirements management and delivery on time, encompassing scope, budget and quality Lead Post-production support, not limited to L1/L2, Infra, Operations Support, training, deployment and testing, UAT etc Understand, manage and align customer requirements and expectations with overall product roadmap, constraints and plans. Prioritize tasks and resolve issues/conflicts Engage as required, with the supporting functional teams to resolve issues raised by customers related to their ConnectX Subscriptions that you cannot resolve yourself. Drive strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations by running smooth implementation and excellent delivery experience increase (through CSAT and NPS scores).All you need is. 8 years exp with bachelors in a relevant professional track in the SW development and project implementation domain within Telco / relevant industry Strong background in customer and program management , implementation, delivery and deployment. Good understanding of the Telecom domain business processes and TMF standards. Familiarity with AWS technologies and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently with demonstrated ability to be a quick learner. Task oriented with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand.
