Job Description

    Role Description & Responsibilities Experience & Skills Required for the role: Minimum Experience of 5-7 years in SAP CRM / C4C for Utilities in Functional Consultant role Extensive experience in SAP Hybris C4C, including full life cycle implementations and Previous experience of implementing SAP CRM and/or SAP Hybris C4C for Utilities clients. Proven track record with experience in preparing Functional Specification Design, build and configuration of C4C (Cloud for Customer) applications to meet business process and application requirements. Strong functional configuration and implementation experience in SAP Hybris C4C. A background in on premise SAP CRM products as well as cloud SAP C4C is beneficial. Should have working knowledge of SAP ISU Billing, ISU Master Data model and integration with SAP CRM /C4C Strong domain understanding of Utility Retail Business Processes of Move-In, Meter to Cash, Asset Management, Field Services, New Connection, De Regulated Market Industry Processes, Smart Meter Processes, Billing / Invoicing and Tariff Change Experienced in regulated/ de-regulated market environment and working for global Utilities clients Domain experience in either Electricity, Gas or Water utilities industries. Experience in Identifying & Defining Business requirements, Functional design, Process design, Leading Testing & Training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead workshops, demos and ability to not only document business process but also should be able to recommend new methods, automation opportunities for efficient business operation. Key responsibilities of the role: Work with Client SMEs to define Business Requirement, Design future Process & SAP Functional solution and Drive Client workshops Assess latest Business & Technological solution for client requirements and help client in defining new generation business processes and organization capabilities Lead Team of junior Consultants / Analyst on the project Engage & Collaborate with client, delivery team and other stakeholders across different geographies Support Practice Initiatives on developing Market Relevant Assets, Tools & Accelerators, PoVs,
