The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen interest in the automobile industry. You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our customer base, primarily through phone and online interactions.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Customer Engagement : Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions from our product range. Sales Process Management : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our products. and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Reporting : Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Market Feedback : Gather and relay market and customer feedback to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement.Requirements Education : Bachelors degree in any field. Experience : At least 6 months of experience in an inside sales role, preferably in the automobile or related industry.Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to handle and overcome objections effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Availability: Must be available to join immediately.Preferred Attributes Familiarity with the automotive industry and products. Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
