Job Description

    Role: Business Development Manager (RPO)Location: Sector 62, NoidaJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and spearhead our expansion in the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) market within the US staffing industry. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new clients, developing strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our company and contributing to the success of our clients.Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing space. Analyse competitor offerings and market dynamics to develop a strategic approach to positioning our RPO services. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling. networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients by actively engaging with key decision-makers. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for expanding RPO services and tailoring solutions to meet their evolving requirements. Proposal Development: Work closely with the solutions and delivery teams to create customized RPO proposals that address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the market. Present proposals to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, addressing their specific pain points and demonstrating the value of our services. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to establish mutually beneficial terms and conditions for RPO engagements. Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts in IT and Non-IT Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation within the RPO segment. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, and operations to ensure seamless execution of RPO services and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates to leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and progress towards business development goals.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of successful business development in the RPO or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets,
