Job Description

Since its inception, BANKIT has been working towards financial inclusion through its robust technology by providing seamless, fast and secure banking, financial and payment solutions, especially to the under banked population. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Alliances Manager to join our team and spearhead strategic partnerships with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnership Development - Identify and prioritize potential NBFC and Bank partners based on strategic fit and business objectives. - Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue. - Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 2. Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets. 3. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. - Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to NBFCs and Banks. 4. Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns. - Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on partnership progress and key metrics. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or sales roles within the financial services industry. - Strong understanding of NBFC and Bank operations, products, and market dynamics. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools
