By simplifying digital payments, we enhance both buyer and seller experiences.Skill Set Required:We are looking at Customer Service Associate:
    • Between 0 to 2 years of experience (or Fresher) in Payments domain.
    • Candidate should have fluent command of English language skills,confidence in communication, both verbal and written, instilling trust and credibility in interactions with customers.
    • Proficiency in written English is necessary for composing clear, grammatically correct emails, messages, or documentation for customer inquiries, complaints, or follow-ups.
    Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries by telephone, or by email.
    • Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
    • Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.
    • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
    • Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
    • Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization.
    • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
