    1. Feasibility studies & Business Plan for existing business & future developmentComprehensive study as per SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities & Threats) & competitor analysis. Inputs for new setups and franchises.2. Maintaining stock inventorycomplete stock maintenance including disposables, spa& beauty products, consumables, housekeeping supplies etc.3. Brand DevelopmentBrand image development through ensuring excellent client feedback, customer satisfaction and services and overall management.4. Retail DevelopmentDeveloping good retail sale of products such as home care product.5.Program/Membership DevelopmentDepending on the current trends & customers preferences develop new programs & packages.6. Standard Operational Procedures for each & every products & servicesDevelop SOP for every program, Spa etiquette has to develop7. Spa ManagementTotal operational management of entire outlet starting from duty roster, staff scheduling. booking/reservation management, absentees management, staff grooming, time management, hygiene & presentation of spa & staff, products & consumables inventory management, Spa associated services to be implemented, treatment & consultation standards, retail, problems solving, handling customer & staff grievances etc.8. Staff ManagementMaintain proper staff strength, based on knowledge & experience, professional hospitality & Grooming standards, Therapist attitude & morale, language training, presentation of staff, staff & management rapport, Special staff incentive & commission programs, staff accommodation & transportation management etc.9. MarketingProper time to time inputs for marketing to marketing personnel who so ever hired by the company.
