Job Description

    Khandelwal Jewellers and Sarees is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to drive brand awareness and achieve our marketing goals. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesATL Activities Media Planning and Buying: Assist in planning and executing media campaigns across TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising. Creative Development: Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop engaging advertisements and promotional materials. Campaign Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of ATL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Brand Consistency: Ensure all ATL activities align with the brand guidelines and messaging.BTL Activities. Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and engage with target audiences. Direct Marketing: Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS, and flyer distribution. Sales Promotion: Coordinate in-store promotions, product sampling, and other sales-driven initiatives. Merchandising: Ensure effective merchandising strategies are in place to maximize product visibility and appeal.General Responsibilities Project Coordination: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for all marketing activities. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ATL and BTL activities. Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software/tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
