Prior experience of onsite infrastructure construction work will bean added advantage but not mandatory,. Candidate should posses quick learning ability and positive mindset for hard work to get all-round onsite exposure .Job profile offers great learning opportunities, sharpening the technical skill and tremendous scope for soft skill development with managerial acumen.Responsibilities:
• To assist the seniors in planning / execution and monitoring of project construction.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with the team members to ensure achievement of project objectives in time .
• To prepare and maintain project related data/records / perioding reports and presentations.
• To coordinate and follow up with railway authorities and ensure compliance of the directions as per the project head.
• Coordinate with railway authorities, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve time bound project objectives.
• Timely reporting to various authorities
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
• Ensuring cost effectiveness and arresting wasteful expenditures / pilferages.
