JOB SUMMARYThe position will be responsible for conducting rigorous audit of assigned branches & leading the subordinates, on selected parameters which includes extensive traveling around 60% of his working days. Further, he may be engaged in audit of support functions at RO/HO from time to time. In addition, the employee may also be called upon to perform other tasks as may be required from time to time on need basis e.g. due-diligence, snap audit etc.2. Job ProfileKey ResponsibilityDescriptionPlanning1. Preparation/update branch audit planExecution1. Leading the team of Audit Associates in the course of field audit, support function audit.2. Discussion with auditee about the audit out comes, documentation of audit out comes through audit check list, report & audit software3. Convincing different stakeholder about the audit out comes and lead for conflict resolution if any4. Responsible for audit of different support group functions e.g. Account, HR, IT, Training etc. and coordinating with immediate superior and/or central audit team5. Responsible for customer contact on sample basis and/or need basis along with observing other field activities6. Responsible for documents review, compliance check at field level7. Responsible for branch cash reconciliation physically during snap/ regular audit8. Responsible for skill development of his teamAudit Closure1. Immediate escalation of sensitive issue with superior and line function2. Responsible for maintaining pre-defined TAT for audit loop closure3. Preparation of monthly audit report along with special report ad-hoc basis4. Identifying the areas of improvement along with control lapses4. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLSPreferable candidature : Only male candidate can apply for the positionQualification: Min.
