Job Description

    Company- Leading General Insurance Co.Title -Talent Acquisition- Sales Hiring. Location- Vashi. Education -Graduate / Post Graduate.Industry Preference- Insurance Only Work Days 5 (Mon- Fri).Responsibilities include: -1. Manage the entire gamut of the Talent Acquisition for the sales vertical.2. Ensuring 100% occupancy as per the manpower budget for the location.3. Ensuring 100% SLA and compliance related to Recruitment.4. Managing appropriate source mix of hiring preferably 40:60 Consultant to Non Consultant.5. Effectively managing vendors to ensure healthy lineups and pipelines.6. Making selections through competency-based interviews.7.
