GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONFPO Linkages will work towards scoping out, planning and executing on the current and potential market opportunities with FPOs, in partnership with all the important ecosystem stakeholders. Senior Manager - FPO Linkages will be responsible for coordinating with various business verticals of Agribazaar for strengthening Agribazaars pan-India linkages )pre-harvest & post-harvest) with FPOs.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :Team building :- Building and managing a team of overall field force of 35-40 people across States- Planning and Conducting marketing activities like FPO meetings, Farmer contacts, field days on a regular basis- Training & development of State managers & field members for FPO onboarding, managing linkages and driving relationship with FPOs/ farmersFPOs onboarding & training :- Planning & leading interactions with FPOs to create awareness about company service offerings & onboarding FPOs on company platform- Work out targets for himself and the team for achievement of deliverables as per budget and timelines- Maintain an up-to-date record of registered FPOs, records of all farmers, FPO managed aggregation centers, etc.- Prepare the Training / Resource Material in local dialect, participate as a resource person and/or arrange resource persons to train the FPOs- Provide support to FPOs in establishing business operations - acquiring license, claiming subsidy, develop infrastructure, etc.)- To connect with relevant State and central Govt. institutions for policy discussions, building awareness for FPOs formation and support FPO market linkage initiatives by State and central Govt. institutionsBusiness development role :- Work with the business verticals to run campaigns which result in increased participation from FPOs and eventually increased transaction on company platform- Encourage FPOs to increase bargaining power of farmers in the marketplace (for inputs and well as agri produce) and to offer value added services to the farmers & company partners/associates (like banks, seed companies, contract farming, government projects, etc.)- Ensure participation of FPOs on company platform - to source agri inputs for farmers as well as to aggregate agri produce of farmers for institutional sales- Coordinate between business verticals & institutional clients to ensure smooth transactions between FPOs & institutional clients- Proactively seek out for engagement with the industry, relevant public sector entities, and representatives of producers, processors, retailers, exporters and other stakeholders and attend all market linkage forums to connect with the larger ecosystem.EDUCATION & TRAINING :- Graduate/PG Preferably from Agri/ Rural Development Stream - Current or Past Functional Area - Agriculture/Dairy/Foods-FMCGSKILLS & ABILITIES :- Driven individual with a go-getter attitude- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales/B2B- Experience in leading a B2B sales organization- Ability to build, manage and coach team to produce high performance,
