    Hiring For Customer Service Executives (Blended Process) Hybrid Work ModelShifts/Weekly Offs : Rotational shifts[Nightshifts] & rostered weekly offs[6 Days working]Qualification - HSC / Graduation With excellent communication skillsSalary : 18k to 24k In handAge 19 to 32Work Location - Mumbai - Hybrid Work Model [2 Weeks Work from Office, 4 Weeks Work from Home] - Post joining Training & On the job training is work from office [First 4 weeks]About the Role We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations.In this role, you will be responsible to resolve customer queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media.You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.Mandate requirements - Must have own laptopHiring For Chat ProcessLocation : Vikhroli5 days Working (Rotational Shift)Qualification - Any GraduateShifts 11AM IST to 4.30 AM IST.
