We are seeking to hire an Investment Portfolio - Head for a new age Private Bank, in its Personal Banking and Wealth Management products team.Location : MumbaiExperience : 7-15 yearsGrade : AVP/ VPJob Description/Role :Investment strategy :- Define Investment strategy; asset allocation basis the prevailing market conditions- Be up-to-date with Equity and Debt markets by going through investment reports/concallsProduct Selection :- Develop and manage the fund selection models- Product Due diligence to understand the qualitative aspects of the products Financial Planning and Wealth Protection :- Financial goal setting and planning and prepare investment proposals for the clients- Asset allocation and Portfolio construction Strategy Formulation- Portfolio review and rebalancing as and when required- Engaging with Regional Heads and Sales Team and help in product penetration via product and research supportKnowledge Requirement :- Knowledge of all the Asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, Structured Products, Real Estate, FX, Commodities and International Markets- In depth knowledge Wealth Management products - Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Service Providers, Alternative Investment Funds and Listed Investments. - Knowledge of taxation implications for various investment products- Functional understanding of Research and Portfolio Software like Morning Star, Invest well, Bloomberg etcBehavioural Skills :- Strong analytical and interpretative skills, Integrity, Ability to establish trust, Self-driven, Team Player, Team Management, Networking Ability, Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines. - Should Lead and Drive the Team towards Organizational Goal- Set Portfolio Review Standards on Quality and product recommendations- Actively manage desk risk via strong checks on Risk profiling, Product selection and portfolio construction Team Management :- Strong Analytical, Presentation skills and MIS reporting is required. Should be able to present to Senior Management the desk investment policies and strategies- Ability to read product performances and eye for detailing. Functional and Technical skills to evaluate product and client portfolio and guide the team- Review Team portfolio presentation month on month. Train team on new concepts and product ideas- Work along with Sales team and other Channel to achieve targeted growthTechnical (Software / IT related) Skills :- Strong on Excel workflow and Presentation skills,
