Job Description

Role- Content ManagerLocation- MumbaiJob Purpose:Responsible for creating and updating (by self and through vendors) the content library for entire team, in collaboration with central team and unit L&D teams. Also responsible for managing the entire suite of learning technologies including LMS (App and Portal), Epiplex, CSOD and any other tools in close collaboration with the University Learning Technology team.Complexity: Domain expertise and Instructional Design expertise required across multiple products under PIFA including LI, HI, Lending, Broking, Investing. Varied target employee segments across Branch resources, Tele-calling set ups, External trainers (for TTT & QA), CSEs of other units, and Sales employees.Content Creation and updation for all Channels
• Leverage the vendor network as well as own expertise to create content that can support the entire L&D architecture across Induction, Refreshers, Skill Builders, Assessments and Product / Process / Policy updates
• Ensure the content is always up-to-date as per defined frequencies, and correctly versioned, with each new version clearly signed-off by the respective product owners
• Ensure close collaboration with all L&D teams, and their respective content SPOCs for creation and updation of training content
Content Cascade and Availability Online and Offline
• Ensure that the updated content is periodically and frequently cascaded to the relevant teams
• Ensure that correct versions of the content are available online (on the LMS) as well as offline (in secure shared folders)
• Create and cascade further byte-sized portions of the larger content on continuous basis to refresh memory and to serve as a conversion aid for the BCSM/VRM/CSE teams
• Curating the library of functional, behavioural and soft skills content on CSOD / other sources to identify material relevant for various cohorts
Tech Platform Development, Maintenance and Upgrade
• Develop and maintain complete mastery over the existing and upcoming L&D tech stack
• Create BRD and follow through to deployment for any specific developments in the LMS / other L&D tech, in close collaboration with the central team
• Keep abreast of market trends and work to recommend and implement new technology that will aid learning and create better business impact
• Drive usage of the available tech platforms to maximize the potential benefits to employees, create and share dashboards for the same
Behavioural and Soft Skills Content
• Creation of behavioural and soft skills content (While the product and policy content will come from the respective LOB / BU product owners, soft skills content will need to be custom-created
• TTT-ising the RTMs and empaneled trainers as well as the VRM Partner L&D teams on the soft skills content created
• Actively seeking feedback on delivery and incorporating relevant elements to continuously improve the content
