Your primary focus will be to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with retail chains, pharmacies, and other pertinent outlets, ensuring the availability and. visibility of our OTC Pharma products.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive channel development strategies to increase market share and meet sales targetsIdentify and establish strong relationships with retail chains, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders in Rural areasDrive the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standardsCollaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional initiatives to support channel partners and drive product visibilityMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordinglyConduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to channel partners to optimize sales and distribution effectivenessCoordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to channel partnersDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the OTC Pharma industryLocal candidates and who can join immediately will be given preference.Candidates from OTC Pharma will only be considered and given preference. (No other candidates except those from OTC Pharma background will be considered)Requirements:5-8 years of experience in channel development, sales, or marketing roles within the Pharma industryBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
