Indias Leading Bank is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, product sales, and building strong client relationships, all while representing the banks brand excellence within our branch.About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will:
• Grow Our Customer Base: Proactively acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) through various channels, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML guidelines throughout the onboarding process.
• Boost Sales & Revenue: Identify customer needs and recommend a wide range of bank products including Fixed Deposits (FDs), Recurring Deposits (RDs), loans (Auto, Personal etc.), and credit cards. Achieve and exceed set sales targets for accounts and financial products.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport with new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries promptly to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Contribute to Branch Success: Collaborate effectively with the branch team to achieve overall branch targets and contribute to the banks profitability. Maintain a strong understanding of bank policies, products, and regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 0-4 years of experience in sales and marketing (any domain). Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving results.
