Job Description

    Business development 1. Conducts survey to identify potential clients in the assigned operational geography2. Assists Branch Head in finding new business location though area survey3. Assists BH in setting up new branchCredit sourcing and assessment 1. Trains customer about terms and condition of loan and Arohan policy2. Collects loan documents as per KYC policy and checks them against originals3. Conducts physical verification of applicant4. Fills loan forms properly based on physical verification and discussion with clients, and files themCredit disbursement 1. Fills up loan documents (pro note, mutual agreement, loan repayment book) ready before time of loan disbursement2. Assists Branch Head in disbursement and loan processing fee collectionRepayment 1. Collects repayment amount as per due schedule2. Deposits all CSRs collected repayment amount in the bank everyday in the first halfOverdue management1. Follows up with overdue customers and collects overdueMIS entry 1. Makes repayment and overdue collection data entry in MISBank transaction1. Helps Branch Head in money withdrawal for disbursement and deposit of collected repayment and overdue amount in bank accountPortfolio and risk management 1. Takes preventive (proper physical verification, loan appraisal and maintaining centre discipline) and curative (overdue followup)measures to maintain2. Motivates and insists customers for high center attendance3. Keeps a regular track of overdue clients and reasons for overdue 4.
