The incumbent will be a part of the EIL in house IT team and will be involved in primary user support in SAP ( C4C Core area as well as S&D ). End to end delivery of projects, Requirement gathering, technical and Functional documentation, process mapping configuration, UAT preparation, rollouts, User training and documentation, User issue resolution and bug fixing.Skills and Competencies:Good hands on configuration knowledge of SAP C4C and SD module in S4 HANA and SAP Cloud, FIORI, and integration knowledge between SAP products.
