Problem solving and handling conflicts between employees. Sponsor and support employee engagement activities. Improve employee satisfaction and motivation. Provide leadership for those involved in one or more information systems function, e.g., development, design and optimization, implementation and/or maintenance of technical information systems platforms for a specific user group or organizational unit. Serve as India central point of contact for internal stakeholders fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of priorities.Hiring: End to end hiring responsibilities. Create hiring dashboards. Responsible for effective onboardingWhat you bring: Minimum of 15 years management experience Proven leadership experience, with a track record of effectively orchestrating and guiding multiple stakeholders from a wide variety of teams. Strong understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies Excellent analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
