Job Description

    Altrix is seeking an Executive Recruiter(US Shift)Job Description Were on the hunt for an Executive Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating top-tier talent on a global scale. Youll demonstrate high recruitment standards, maintain operational excellence and compliance, as well as managing the interview process for new candidates. For this role, you will have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with at least 15 years of demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally both in-house and at a search firm. You will also have a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive recruiting, leading full lifecycle recruiting engagements. You will have strong communications capabilities, providing feedback to candidates and working with executives and their teams to help meet their recruiting needs. Global responsibility to attract and maintain a solid pipeline from which to hire world-class senior leadership in a timely fashion (executive recruiting. both internal recruiting and sourcing as well as third party Executive Search Firms) Support staffing and succession planning with better fitting, more qualified executive talent for successful and lasting placements Build a flexible, dynamic, first-class team of sourcers and recruiters to adjust to and effectively handle WUs ever-changing demand for talent Manage vendor relationships Partner with HR and the business leaders throughout the entire requisition process Screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions based on qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility Work with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool Ensure the search is focused on a diverse candidate pool to present to Hiring Managers Negotiate and extend offers of employment to successful candidates Assist with employment brandingExperience: 1 to 4 yearsRequirement: Strong negotiation, consulting, and communication skills Business acumen and market insight Applicant tracking system experience Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully,
