Job Description

*Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience., *About Eloqua Product:Eloqua is core Oracle marketing automation product, fully multi-tenanted, completely on cloud, mainly used by marketers and sales to deliver their content. This is one of the fastest growing product & most happening place to work with in Oracle Cloud division.

This is for core product development team based in Hyderabad, India. Desired Skills and ExperienceRequired Skills:

• Hands-on exposure to automation framework implementation.
• Experience in writing solid automation for large scale enterprise product development.
• 5+ years of professional Software Quality Assurance experience preferably in 2 to 3 years in Cloud/SaaS product quality assurance.
• Strong experience in QA automation technologies like Selenium
• Strong experience with C#.NET
• Experience in Application Servers like Microsoft IIS.
• Experience in Databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Good experience in Unit Testing tools.
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills

• Experience using agile development methodologies (such as SCRUM)
• Innovative and Out-of-the-box thinking abilities
• University degree in Computer Science or related technical field

Big plus:

• Experience in performance testing using Gatling.
• Experience testing Java microservices and Kafka technology.

Responsibilities:

• Always wear the customer hat.
• Automate a large portion of the test cases for the features of the product.
• Need to have very strong troubleshooting skills of any issues (internal or customer issues reported).
• Ability to write quality test code by following coding standards.
• Should be working with aggressive and small release cycles (like 4-6 week releases).
• Adhere to agile development processes defined and/or recommend improvements.
• Monitor the daily builds, deployments and automation test suite execution.
• Work towards improvement of software testing processes, tools and code.
• Collaborate well with development and other cross functional teams.
• Participate in organizational activities as deemed.
