• To promote insurance through the Banca channel.
• Managing the channel partners bank branches
• Engage in daily interactions and management with the banks cluster head and staff.
• Oversee plotted Rms to assist in reaching sales goals.
• Maintaining and promoting compliance at the zone, assuring the quality of recruits hired into the team, and ensuring productivity and persistence.
• KRA also involve making insurance HH calls, conducting training in bank branches, and routinely reviewing sales managers with Bm to guarantee prompt adjustment when necessary.
• Keeping track of numerous Mis for routine sales monitoring, different competitions, and channel partner and corporate team training
• Give direction and assistance.
