Job Description

    Responsibilities-
    1. Responsible for conducting new hire trainings classroom trainings.
    2. Responsible for conducting virtual B2B training PAN India.
    3. New content creation and updating content as per the requirement.
    4. Conducting refresher training once a month as per findings of quality team and operations.
    5. Give new ideas and implement them on the sales floor.
    Desired Candidate profile-
    1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
    3. Keen to learn new things and take ownership.
    4. Active participant of the sales floor.
    5. Female Candidate residing in Gurgaon will be more preferred.
