Job Description

    Role & responsibilities 1. Client Engagement: o Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner in their talent acquisition process. 2. Candidate Sourcing: o Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates. o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes. 3. Screening and Assessment: o Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. o Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and potential contributions. 4. Coordination and Communication: o Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates. o Provide regular updates to clients and candidates, ensuring transparent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. 5. Offer Management: o Facilitate the negotiation and offer process, addressing any concerns or questions from both clients and candidates. o Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to onboarding. 6. Database Management: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database. o Generate and analyze recruitment reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
