Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales goals. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts. Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain regular follow-ups. Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions to prospective clients.Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the companys financial and strategic objectives. Prepare contracts and agreements in accordance with company policies. Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth. Represent Professional Edge at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the HR or educational consulting industry. Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent management, and educational consulting services. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
