Job Description

    JD for Business Development Manager- Business LoansRole Description: BDM-BL will be one point contact for mapped I Sec RMs and I Bank RMs for all Business loan related activities spanning from lead generation to case progress tracking to disbursement tracking to payout reconciliations. This role is highly critical role and will report into Head of Sales- Asset directly.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Activation & target achievement
      1. PWM RH and SELECT RH activation
      2. I Bank FPR engagement
      3. Ensuring smooth co-ordination and work flow between I Sec and I Bank RMs
      4. Ensuring achievement of business targets for the Zone/Region
    2. Communication & Tracking
      1. Product trainings for I Sec RMs to be conducted through mapped I Bank RMs
      2. Driving various business campaigns
      3. Business pipeline tracker follow ups, updates and circulation
      4. Celebrating Success stories
    1. DrivingOpportunities
      1. Data analytics & fintech partnerships to be used to map and create business opportunities to enable RMs to scale the business in given Zone/Region.
    Expected Candidate Profile:Experience: Min. 7 years of work experience in addition to regular IJP normsHighly preferred: Must be conversant with financial statements and financial analysis; Basic understanding of Business Loan products/processes, Basic understanding of various collateral typesSoft Skills: Collaboration skills, Strong communication skills- both for internal and external stakeholders, Ability to work in hypergrowth environment, Strong sales and business acumen
