Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader- Operations to join our E-commerce Department in our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the E-commerce division. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of E-commerce operations.Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the E-commerce department, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes and procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance productivity. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of E-commerce associates, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and. professional development. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in E-commerce operations to continuously refine strategies and processes. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for vendor selection or termination as needed. Collaborate with vendors to resolve any operational issues or escalations in a timely manner. Customer Experience: Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback related to E-commerce operations. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including improving order fulfillment times, shipping options, and return processes. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction levels.Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in E-commerce operations or a similar role within the IT industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in E-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and other relevant software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
