Job Description

    Sales Account ManagerExperience : 3 to 7 years (Sales Account Manager)Work Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon/NoidaNotice period:- Immediate to max 15 daysKey skill- Must have field sales experience in enterprise software sales, Consultative sales, etc.Responsibilities:
    • Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as defined by sales goals & objectives.
    • Build and manage the sales pipeline.
    • Articulate and effectively communicate the companys value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.
    • Day-to-day management of existing accounts to expand the Companys footprint.
    • Lead efforts to upsell the Companys Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.
    • Be responsible for the preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.
    • Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.
    • Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelors degree.
    • 2.5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in the software services industry.
    • Prior experience selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, and Enterprise Portal.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on a quarterly basis.
    • Extremely good time management skills.
    • Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.
    • Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com
