Job Description

    As the Business Development Manager for the India region at MKA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving brand awareness for our aftermarket performance motorcycle parts. Reporting directly to the Senior Regional Sales & Marketing Manager from head office in Malaysia, you will be responsible for connecting and coordinating activities with all Area Distributors across India.Key Responsibilities:- Area Distributor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between MKA headquarters in Malaysia and Area Distributors across various regions in India. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to implement company strategies. Brand Awareness and Marketing Support: Work closely with Area Distributors to devise and execute strategies for building brand awareness at the regional level. Provide marketing support to local dealers to enhance visibility and drive sales. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to provide. insights on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Share feedback with Area Distributors to optimize inventory management and product offerings. Sales Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Implementation of Company Direction: Ensure compliance with company directives, including new product launches, pricing structures, and area segmentation strategies. Provide guidance and support to Area Distributors in aligning with company goals. Collaborative Engagement: Foster collaboration among Area Distributors to collectively enhance the visibility and reputation of RCB and UMA RACING brands in every Indian state. Encourage joint promotional activities and initiatives. Market Research and Planning: Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the companys business goals.Qualifications:- Local Delhi candidate have advantages due to need to highly familiar with the city. Non-local residents with a strong understanding of Delhi will also be considered. Candidates must have relevant experience in the two-wheeler industry. Deep passion for two-wheelers and hands-on experience in riding them is essential. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Masters degree preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the automotive or motorcycle industry. Strong understanding of the Indian market landscape, with prior experience working in India preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language proficiency is a plus. Willingness to travel extensively within India and occasionally to Malaysia for training and meetings. Possess a strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse in multiple languages are advantageous for engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively,
