Job Description

    Email: hidden_emailBattery Engineer (Multiple Roles)About the Role / Expectations:Seeking highly skilled Battery Engineers to join our team and help us to scale-up of our current Battery manufacturing. This role focuses on practical, on-the-ground work to build battery packs at scale.What the Role is:- Manufacturing Scale-Up: To lead the expansion and enhancement of our battery manufacturing processes.- Battery Pack Assembly: Hands-on involvement in the assembly and scaling of real battery packs.- Model Development & Testing: Create and refine different models (RC/P2D/Single-Particle) for predicting the state of health (SOH) of lithium-ion batteries and conducting battery aging tests.- Fast Charging and Thermal Management: Develop and implement algorithms for efficient fast charging and effective thermal management.- Impedance Monitoring: Monitoring and analysis of battery impedance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.- Focus. on Scalability and Safety: Emphasizes scalable solutions with the highest safety standards.What the Role is NOT:- Not Just Modelling or Lab Work: This role extends beyond theoretical and laboratory research.- Beyond 6 Sigma Standards: Strive for excellence beyond the typical 6 Sigma quality standards.- Not Suitable for Work-Life Balance: This role demands high commitment and dedication.Subject Requirements (2 or more areas):- Finite Element Analysis (FEA)- 3D Modelling- Drafting- Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)- Electrical/Power ElectronicsQualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Hands-on experience in battery pack assembly and manufacturing processes.- Expertise in one or more of the specified technical areas,
