Job Description

    Our Clients are a premier financial technology solutions provider, helping businesses unlock easybank connectivity, seamless enterprise financial management, and business intelligence insights.They are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join their team and play a keyrole in managing and optimizing their network infrastructure. This is a challenging and rewardingopportunity for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling complex technicalchallenges.Duties & Responsibilities:. Design, implement, and maintain robust secure network solutions including firewalls, VPNs(covering site-to-site, remote access, and cloud-based connections), and ACLs.. Monitor and manage LANs and WANs, including configuration and management of networkdevices.. Collaborate with other IT teams for seamless network integration and support.. Create, update, and maintain documentation of environment, network configuration, andoperational. procedures.. Collaborate with IT Security team to implement Network Access Control (NAC), access controllists (ACLs), firewalls, intrusion detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, and developingnetwork security policies and procedures.. Provide technical support to internal users and external stakeholders.. Provide project management for various network activities, including upgrades, implementations,and migrations.. Manage and optimize cloud network environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), includingconfiguration, security, and resource optimization.. Collaborate with external clients throughout the network lifecycle, delivering reliable and securesolutions that address their specific needs, from initial assessment to successful changeimplementation.Qualifications / ExperienceBachelors Degree or equivalent certifications/training/experience in information technology,computer science, engineering, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years in network engineering.Requirements & Skills:Expert experience with firewall technologiesFamiliarity with network security best practices and frameworks.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and management tools.Proven experience and success with LAN, WLAN, Firewalls and VPN design and implementation.Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and generalnetwork management best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ITIL Foundation certification (Preferred).Professional certification (ex: CCNA, CCSA, JNCIS-ENT, CompTIA Network, GSEC) (Preferred).Experience managing cloud network environments (Azure, GCP, AWS preferred), and familiaritywith cloud automation tools (Preferred,
