We are dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our travel partners and clients.We are seeking a seasoned Reservation Executive to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, specifically with a focus on Singaporean destinations, and will bring a blend of expertise in handling complex travel queries and client management.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently handle and respond to customer queries with precision, offering cost-effective solutions and advising travel partners on optimizing travel plans.Keep clients informed about booking statuses and provide alternative options when initial choices are unavailable.Maintain a high level. of professionalism in all interactions with clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.Utilize Google Drive and ERP systems effectively for daily operations and client management.Adhere to company protocols and contribute to a fun and productive work environment.Requirements:Minimum of 1 years experience in a travel agency with experience on selling and managing Singapore-based travel.Extensive product knowledge of Singapore, able to provide detailed insights and recommendations.Proficiency in using Google Drive and familiarity with ERP systems; training on our specific ERP system will be provided.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle complex travel queries.A pleasant and outgoing personality, with the patience to understand and address various viewpoints from travel partners.Strong professional communication skills, both written and spoken, proficient in English and Hindi.Remuneration:Monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000, dependent on experience.Join Us:At Gloworld DMC, we believe in making work enjoyable and rewarding.
