Knowledge of makingitineraries and experience of organizing adventure camps or tours.QUALIFICATION.-1. Graduate and have done basic rock climbing or mountaineering course (7 to 30 days)2. Fluent in English communication & Local Language is a must3. Should be comfortable for travel.4. Should have a laptop.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe position of Program Delivery Manager at Company provides candidates with the exciting career in adventure, travel, and hospitality industry. The candidate is responsible for leading the Residentialprogram of company as camp commander and ensures smooth program delivery of all the three program formats i.e. On site, Day out and Residential programs.The candidate works both from Company campsite and branch office in the city for smooth coordination between the sales team and program operations.Candidate also interacts with customers at the camp and over phone calls to cross selling and upsell other Company programs. Those who are, 24- to 40-year-old with a passion of working in adventure, amusement and hospitality industry in a professional work culture should apply.1- Lead assigned day and residential programs of home and other branches and verifying timely operations readiness.2- Build guest relations through in-program interactions, feedback calls & calling for post program invitations and offers.3- Develop and customize programs, itineraries, and events as per local market fit.4- Identify and organize instructors, vendors & other local resources for program delivery.5- Ensuring good feedbacks, reviews, and ratings of all branch programs
