Our portfolio encompasses a spectrum of transactions, spanning from multifamily apartment complexes to office towers in the United States and Europe, with transactional values ranging from $10 million USD to upwards of $200 million USD.Role Overview:As a Financial Analyst at Gallagher & Mohan, you will play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial analysis. Utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Excel and Finance, you will develop and enhance comprehensive financial models, and/or provide financialreporting for asset performance and evaluation.What youre supposed to do: -Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain cash-flow and valuation models by using a variety of approaches including but not limited to Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis.
• Research property comps and the market using primary and secondary sources
• Work with internal teams during acquisition, disposition, and development phases and provide ad-hoc analysis.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports to clients.
• Present reports to senior management team, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate investment performance of assets using KPIs like IRR, Cash-on-Cash
• Optimize waterfall returns, debt sizing, and manage risk through ongoing analysis of coverage ratios, liquidity and other methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, effectively conveying complex financial concepts and findings to diverse stakeholders.

What we are looking for:-Requirements Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field;
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance particularly in analyzing financial statements, cash flow analysis and valuations, and investment KPIs
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in financial modeling, with a strong foundation in equity research, DCF modeling, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of managing workload, and producing high-quality reports, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Strong team player with a demonstrated ability to perform effectively across with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications :
• Proficiency in Office Suite applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Masters in finance, Business, Real Estate or Economics will be an added advantage
• Candidates who have cleared or working towards CFA, CA, FRM will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Real Estate software such as Argus Enterprise, Yardi Voyager and RedIQ will be a strong plus.
