Job Description

    Job Title: Store Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)Location: WhitefieldCompany:Lapinoz pizzaOverview: As a Store Manager within our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and overall success of the store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including but not limited to staffing, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
    1. Team Management:
      • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
      • Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
      • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
    2. Customer Service:
      • Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
      • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
      • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
    3. Operations Management:
      • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
      • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
    4. Financial Performance:
      • Drive sales and maximize profitability through effective pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotional activities.
      • Monitor key performance metrics, such as sales targets, food costs, and labor costs, and take corrective action as needed to achieve financial goals.
      • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    5. Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
      • Conduct regular inspections of the store to identify any areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
      • Monitor product quality and consistency to uphold brand standards and customer expectations.
