Job Description

    Key accountabilities : - Provide thought leadership and bring in deep technical expertise in Rewards and related areas.- To implement compensation and benefit programs in the organization to meet the objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness- To provide expertise and advice regarding compensation and benefits to internal stakeholders.- To analyze and evaluate internal data about the organizations current employee population and future HR needs along with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts.- Create and maintain employee friendly & legally compliant compensation structure- Design and implement performance linked incentive programs. Also create and manage LTIs / STIs and other relevant schemes as per business requirement- Drives continuous improvement in Reward policies, employee benefits - practice and procedure while monitoring and responding to external best practices.- Responsible to design, review, amend HR policies in line with organizational philosophy, relevant Laws of the land as well as market practices.- Provide strategic guidance to HR Operations to ensure compliance to process related employee life cycle events, payroll and statutory compliance Must have technical / professional qualification : - Minimum 15 years overall experience with at least 3 years continuous experience as C&B Manager in MNCs.- Prior experience in managing end-to-end Performance Management Process for a mid-sized organization.- Knowledge of Statutory and Labor Laws- Exposure to designing and drafting policies,
