Responsibilities: Primary technical lead for delivering Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services. Good hands-on skills on Azure Infrastructure services (i.e. Networking, availability set, NSG, VM, Storage, instances, functions, etc.), Azure Resource Monitoring, Azure Apps Insight, Azure Patch Management, Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure DevOps, Automation, Runbook and Azure Backup and Restoration. Handle Windows/Linux server environment including server deployment, migrations, upgrades, patch management, application support, virus remediation, business continuity, operational and disaster recovery. Troubleshooting on Azure Virtual Network Gateway, ExpressRoute and any infrastructure related problems. Good hands-on scripting skills using Azure PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible Building methods for cost management and billing, resource utilization and calculation. Guide the L2 team to resolve the technical issues and problems Attend major incident management calls for the resolution of high priority incidents Create/update architecture documents/diagrams, demonstrate Azure features etc. in line with new service introduction Suggest security best practices on the Azure infrastructure to comply with industry standard frameworks and policies. Provide recommendations and suggestions on areas for improvement Act as primary liaison with external managed service provider to ensure helpdesk ticketing system is working efficiently and meeting the needs of the organization. Assist with the development of plans for technology Create and maintain systems documentation and user guides Qualification: 8-10 years experience in IT industry especially in Operation Management Prior experience in Managing Azure IaaS and PaaS services Knowledgeable in Windows/Linux OS, Storage, DB and Cloud Networking Excellent communication skill and Stakeholder Management skill Exposure to technical project management for scheduling of technical activities, identifying dependencies and risks Good team player in maintaining the harmony across team members Good leadership skill to lead the technical team from front Culturally aligned with local US customers Professional certification in MS Azure As a Senior Architect, you are responsible for providing technical leadership to medium size/complexity/order-value enterprise scale projects/solutions. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified multiple technological areas, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). You should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. You are required to guide team of Architects, who would be responsible specific architectural area or part of the architecture/solution. You need to collaborate with multiple teams from wipro/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions. ,
